Issei LIAR MINNOW imitates a real bait fish by generating effective voltex and micro shaky action keeping the horizontal posture. Tail part can be easily cut to change it into the real fin tail, so that the angler can choose the shudder tail or the fin tail. By the rod operation, sliding and darting action can be easily made. It works great with jig head swimming method, chatter trailer, and shaky action on the surface.
